During the summer vacation in July, Don Bosco School, Boko organized special programs to enhance the skills and talents of its students. Alongside coaching classes arranged for weaker students, the school also conducted summer camps and Scouts & Guides training camps, creating a balance of academic support and character-building activities. The Scouts and Guides program focused on teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and service-oriented values, which are essential in shaping young individuals into confident and responsible citizens.

Students actively participated in various group tasks, outdoor training, and leadership-building exercises, gaining practical experience beyond classroom learning. The training instilled qualities of self-reliance, cooperation, and social awareness, preparing learners to contribute positively to their community. By integrating such programs into the vacation schedule, the school ensured that students’ time was effectively utilized for personal growth.
Overall, the Scouts and Guides initiative became a valuable platform for holistic education and life-skills development.
