Admission
Admission forms will be issued for class New Nursery only.
1. Eligibility: Children applying for admission to Don Bosco Boko should fulfil the following criteria:
- The child should have completed 3 and half years of age as on 31.03.2026
2. Vacancy: Approximately 140 children will be selected for admission to Don Bosco school, Boko
3. Forms: Forms will be available online as well as offline.
- Parents / guardians are requested to visit the link provided below to fill up in the online registration form dbsboko.com from 21st November 2025, 10:00 am to 29th November 2025, 5:00 pm.
4. PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION:
- A sum of R 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred) will have to be paid at the time of submission of the online form.
- Parents will have to take a print of the online form submitted and acknowledgment receipt.
- The date and time allotted for the interaction will be communicated through the school’s website.
- On the day of the interaction, both parents are to accompany the child.
5. Documents:
The following documents are to be brought on the day of the interaction: –
- Duly filled online registration form with recent photograph of the applicant & combined photograph of parents / legal guardians.
- Photocopies of the following documents must be attached to the printed form:
- Birth Certificate
- Result Sheet of last class attended
- Address proof of current residence (Aadhaar card, Voter card, Electricity bill, etc)
In case of Catholic applicants–
- Baptism certificate
- Letter from the parish priest.
- Originals of all the above for verification.
6. RESULTS:
- The list of selected candidates will be published on the school website. (Registration no. only)
- The admission is to be taken by the selected applicants on the scheduled date failing which, the seat will be considered forfeited.
THE FOLLOWING MAY KINDLY BE NOTED:
- Recommendation letters are not welcome and may be detrimental to admission.
- Forms will be available both online and offline.

The first stage of the admissions process is online registration, which takes place through www.dbsboko.com Parents seeking admission for their children must register their interest online by filling in the online application.
The age entered in the form must be based on the birth certificate.
Date of birth and parents’/guardians’ information should be entered correctly for future references.
Nursery
- Students will have to complete 3 and half years of age as on 31stMarch of the next year for them to be admitted into Nursery.
- The selection of the candidate will be based on the outcome of the interaction with the principal.
Grade 1
- Students will have to complete 6 years of age, as on by 31stMarch of the next year to be admitted into Grade 1.
- Child should have passed class K.G.
- To test the understanding and writing ability of the child, a test will be conducted. The selection of the candidate will be based on the test result.
Class 5
- Students will have to complete the 10 years of age, as on by 31stMarch of the next year to be admitted into Class 5.
- Child should have passed/studying class 4.
- To test the understanding and writing ability of the child, a test will be conducted. The selection of the candidate will be based on the test result.
Class 11
- Students should have successfully completed the AISSE or equivalent examination from a recognized board and secure the necessary percentage of marks for applying to the stream of their choice.
- The selection of the candidate will be based on the merit list generated on the basis of the percentage of their marks.
For admission into classes other than mentioned above, please contact the school office. Admission will be based on availability of seats.
SELECTION & ADMISSION
- After the selection process are completed, the selected list of candidates will be published on the school website.
- If the admission is not taken on the scheduled date, the same will be forfeited.
- All fees are to be deposited to Central Bank, Boko along with the fee slips provided by the school. Fees once submitted will not be reimbursed.
- Uniforms should be purchased only from the school or approved shops.

- Recommendation letters are not welcome.
- DO NOT GIVE MONEY OR GIFTS TO ANYONE FOR SECURING ADMISSION. BEWARE OF THIRD PARTIES MAKING FALSE CLAIMS OF HAVING CLOSE CONTACT WITH THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES OR COLLECTING MONEY ON BEHALF OF THE SCHOOL. MANY ARE CHEATED EVERY YEAR. SO PLEASE TAKE CARE. YOUR CO-OPERATION IN EXPOSING AND BRINGING TO JUSTICE SUCH TOUTS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED BY THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
- All inquiries should be addressed to the Principal at the school office.
- It is not possible to accommodate all the applicants. Hence once admission results are declared, Please do not disturb the Principal with further requests for consideration for admission.
Procedure for Class XI Admission:
- Collect the offline form from the reception counter.
- Register online through www.darpan.ahseconline.in or www.ahsec.gov.in while registering choose Don Bosco HS School, Boko
- Submit Offline and online generated receipt together
- Once the institute will accept your online application, you’ll get a notification online, in the portal.
- Once you accept through online mode, the institute will receive a notification.
